Friendly staff and very accomodating.

Physical upgrades needed.

I got what I paid for. I been to this hotel before and was comfortable. Hotel staff remembered me and was very accommodating. It was easy to find, very central, clean and comfortable.

Did not see any security personal on property.

I would recommend this hotel for leisure or business travel purposes as it is clean, central, easy to find and the studio type setting of the room with kitchen facilities makes it very comfortable.

The kitchen was helpful. It was not as clean in the room as I would have liked. The pool was not heated. But it was clean. We asked the front desk for a later check out than 11am and they said 1 was fine however I had the housekeeper knocking on the door at 8am!
